PA'A Halloween Race
PARKING: PLEASE DO NOT DOUBLE PARK YOUR VEHICLE OR PARK OUT OF REGULAR PARKING STALLS AT THE HAWAII KAI BOAT RAMP! THAT INCLUDES NO PARKING IN BOAT TRAILER STALLS! YOU MAY PARK ON THE DIRT AREA BUT NOT ANY GRASSY AREAS.
IF WE DO NOT CONFORM TO PARKING REGULATIONS, WE WILL LOSE OUR PRIVELAGE TO HOLD RACES FROM THE MAUNALUA BAY AREA. A DLNR OFFICER WILL BE HANDING OUT TICKETS.
